I was healed from many chronic physical health imbalances, from borderline hypothyroid diagnosis, so called auto-immune signs, gut issues, parasite infections, hair loss, skin issues, exhaustion, hormonal imbalances, major sugar and caffeine cravings — it took years and years of seeking searching researching, and then studying for 5 years in holistic wellness nutrition, herbal medicine, detoxification — it was when I turned to cleaning the detox pathways, specific fasting, alkalizing, using Gods garden table of healing Whole foods that the chronic aliments were healed, by the Grace of God !
I stand now rooted in Gods word, after having the veils truly removed by the Lord. I spent years trying to make my own way, rebelling, lost in the new age searching to know myself, peace healing freedom purpose truth and love. In Jesus I found who I truly am, a child of God, blessed with gifts and skills to bless and help others on their journey with health and wellbeing - when we know Jesus, then we can truly know who we are and what’s possible!
Everything I thought was light and love, was actually still rooted in darkness; the yoga kundalini transcendental meditation false spirituality energy healing tarot crystal healing goddess work, but there was enough truth to keep me going back for more, on the devils chain, keeping me from full submission to Jesus - in the Lord - all bondage is broken, restored to Gods true design,
HEALTH is Gods design for us all.
Lets remember one thing here when it comes to health and healing form chronic imbalance, its not about the symptoms its about the ROOT, go to the root to understand the Solution, thats been proven over and over again, so many women I’ve seen go from decades of sickness exhaustion and meds, to Living symptom free alive HEALTHY confident and FREE.
Some practice’s may seem innocuous, this is how satan masquerades as an angel of light (2 corinthians 11:14).
When it comes to Jesus, its true Light, freedom, eternal Life (John 8:12).
In 2024 a lot changed. I was saved and delivered from so much, I came home to my Heavenly Father.
My own challenging life circumstances, grounded an unexpected Almighty renewal in my Faith, in God, through the renewal of my mind, cleaning of my heart, Gods wisdom His Word, His Light, leading to deep transformation.
After being so deep in the new age false spirituality movement ~ living in Bali for nearly 3 years (Hindu culture) worshiping false gods, chanting mantras, sitting in plant medicine ceremonies worldwide, experimenting with psychedelics, 20 years of yoga on and off, kundalini, priestess/goddess practices, a lot of ceremonial cacao, so much time alone, meditation of emptying myself, so much mindset work and written affirmation, and idolatry.
I had no true or strong faith, lost in sin unknowingly, walking in false light, I didn’t know, but then Jesus showed me..
My rebellious nature transformed, true purification by The Precious Blood of Jesus, purged the distractions deceit destruction; now I live for Jesus, the one who truly showed me what life is. Him.
I lay down my coaching business for nearly 2 years, and end of 2025 started to be guided back to working in Root health again, this is about another’s welfare, the Truth of health freedom, turning things around, to live well.
